I’m an instructional designer focused on creating engaging, performance-driven learning solutions that align with business goals. I partner with stakeholders to identify performance gaps, define measurable objectives, and design learning experiences that improve employee capability and on-the-job performance. With a background in education leadership and adult learning, I bring a structured approach to needs analysis, curriculum design, and continuous improvement. I’ve led large-scale learning programs, coached instructors, and used data to refine training strategies—experience that translates directly into designing effective corporate learning solutions. I’m particularly skilled at developing scenario-based eLearning, microlearning, and blended learning programs that support both new hire onboarding and ongoing professional development.

I build eLearning using Articulate Storyline and Rise, and I enjoy designing interactive experiences that incorporate real-world decision-making, knowledge checks, and learner-driven navigation. My goal is to create intuitive, learner-centered training that supports performance, reduces ramp time, and delivers measurable impact for organizations.
